Snapchat Spotlight Earnings & Monetization Calculator
Estimate your Snapchat Spotlight earnings based on monthly views, effective RPM, and check eligibility for Snapchat's Monetization Program.
Snapchat Spotlight Earnings Formula
Snapchat does not publish an exact rate, but creator-reported data places effective RPM (revenue per 1,000 views) between $0.10 and $0.30 depending on engagement, watch time, replays, shares, and viewer geography. The calculator multiplies your monthly view volume by your chosen RPM and checks it against the Snapchat Monetization Program's eligibility thresholds.
Snapchat consolidated the Spotlight Rewards and Revenue Share programs into the unified 'Snapchat Monetization Program' in February 2025. As of May 7, 2026, creators must maintain at least 100 hours of Total Spotlight View Time over the trailing 28 days to qualify for maximum Creator Rewards, in addition to the 50,000-follower and posting-frequency requirements.
