Twitch Emote Unlock Milestone Formula

Computes total Subscriber Points using weighted tiers (Tier 1 = 1 pt, Tier 2 = 2 pts, Tier 3 = 6 pts), maps to the official Twitch progression tables, and outputs the points and subscriber count needed to reach the next slot.

Subscriber Points = (Tier 1 + Gifted + Prime) × 1 + (Tier 2 × 2) + (Tier 3 × 6)
Points Needed = Next Milestone Points - Current Subscriber Points

Affiliate Tier 1 slots scale from 5 up to 20 slots. Partner Tier 1 slots scale from 10 up to 60 slots. Dedicate slots are automatically provided for Tier 2 and Tier 3 subscriber levels.
